1. Are Saturdays The Best Days? We have found that Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays work great to remind people to get their tax information ready to come in on Sat. Some locations have found increased business on the weekends if they do a Roadside Party during the week.
2. Can You Still Serve Hot Dogs? Yes we can! We ended up changing food choice to help ourselves and locations from the extra burdens of food permits. If you'd like to do hot dogs your location will have the responsibility of getting a permit from the city before the party to serve hot dogs. We will plan whatever you like for us to do, but in an event of getting caught with failure to obtain a food permit the consequences will fall on the location.
3. How Long Do The Parties Last? We will be there for 3 hours of partying!
4. How much does a Roadside Party cost? $250
5. How often should I throw a Roadside Party? We have found throwing a party once a week really gets your location noticed and people excited! We've had people change their schedule, route, errands just to come by during the next week party to get free food and prizes! The great thing about that is they usually bring a friend or they tell a lot of other people that show up! There is something about "Free Food" that attracts people!
6. What if the weather is bad on the day of my party? If the weather ends up changing on the day of your party, we will try to reschedule for an earlier or later time on that day to beat the weather or we will get you rescheduled for a different day asap.
7. Do you supply the Giveaway items? No, It's up to each location to have the marketing supplies for these events to giveaway but we will give away and market anything you have available in your store. So load up on great marketing items so that people can remember your location!
8. Do you bring a generator? No, Generators are loud, requires fuel, and are difficult to move. We require a power outlet we can plug our extension cords to. Either an outside plug or we can just run a cord to an outlet in your store.
